EBA Reports (SCT Inst)

Scenario describing the end to end processing of EBA Reports from the CSM

The following EBA Report File types are supported:

• Result of Settlement File (RSF)
• Routing Table File (RTF)
• Pre-Settlement Report (PSR)
• Daily Reconciliation Report (DRR)
• Monthly Statistics Report (MSR)

A report file arrives on the 'Report From CSM' queue, and is routed for mapping by the ReportMessageRouterInbound mapper. Currently all EBA Report File types are processed as Log Only Transactions, so the ReportMessageRouter will route the report file to the Log Only Mapper which will create an ISF message with an empty Wrapper element. If the format of the received Report File is XML, the mapped ISF can include an addenda containing the original received message if the mapper configuration value contains extended mapper config element <IncludeSourceData> with the value 'Y'.

Once mapped, the EBA Report Notifier Scheduler Task will raise an alert indicating that a Log Only Transaction with a subtype matching that of an EBA Report message has been received.
