Channels
FTM for Immediate Payments defines a number of Channels that are used to link the Financial Institution with the application, and the application with external services and the CSM.

For the Queue Names, the ++FXRQPFX++ and ++FXRQAPPPFX++ macros are overridden to whatever is chosen by the bank, and so are a placeholder in the table.
