Running the sample application

The FTM Sample App project includes test messages for both the MT103 and Pain.001.001.03 formats. These messages can be used to exercise the sample application through a number of scenarios.

The sample messages all use the same payment and customer references. This method is not an issue for the sample application because it does not validate these messages for uniqueness.

The messages for each format must be placed on the IBM® MQ queue that is shown in the following table.

Note: The IBM MQ support pack IH03 contains utilities that can be used to put messages to IBM MQ. IH03 can be obtained from: GitHub.
