Changes to the data model for Db2®

The following changes were made to the indexes:

• Index OBJ_USOI_IDX was added to the OBJ_BASE table. It replaces the existing index OBJ_SOI_IDX.
• Index OBJ_AUD_IDX was added to the H_OBJ_BASE table. It replaces the existing index HIS_OBJ_IDX.
