Explanation

On the system, this error can occur when an invalid character is specified for the -storageaccountname parameter or when an excessive number of characters are specified for the -containerprefix parameter. On the cloud service provider, this error can occur for following reasons:
  1. When a mismatch occurs in the request that is received or the HTTP header is malformed. These conditions can lead to a cyberattack.
  2. When an Amazon S3 bucket is moved from one region to another or deleting in one region and creating in another region with the same bucket name.
