Explanation
The local I/O group already has the maximum number of
local I/O group to remote I/O group connections. 
For asynchronous replication, replication policies can be configured
so that each I/O group can replicate to a maximum of six I/O groups in partnered systems. For high
availability, replication policies can be configured for a single I/O group in the local system to a
single I/O group in a partnered system.

Review the policy-based replication configuration limits.
Use an existing replication policy, configure the replication policy between I/O groups that already
have a replication policy configured or remove existing replication policies before retrying the
command.

Retry with one of the I/O groups that already have replication
policies defined; remove unused replication policies, or use an existing replication policy
instead.
