lshostcluster
Use the lshostcluster command to generate a list with concise information about all the host clusters that are defined on the system or detailed information about a single host cluster.
Syntax
Parameters
- -delim delimiter
- (Optional) Specify a delimiter to separate data in the output.
- -nohdr
- (Optional) Suppress the headings in the output.
- -filtervalue attribute=value
- (Optional) Specifies a list of one or more filters. Only objects with a value that matches the filter attribute value are displayed.
- -filtervalue?
- (Optional) Displays a list of valid filter attributes.

Description
This command lists concise information about all the host clusters that are defined on the system or detailed information about a single host cluster.
This table provides the attribute values that can be displayed as output view data.
| Attribute | Description |
|---|---|
| id | Indicates the host cluster ID. |
| name | Indicates host cluster name. |
| status | Indicates the status of the host cluster. The values are:
|
| host_count | Indicates the number of hosts that are in the host cluster. |
| mapping_count | Indicates the number of shared mappings between the host cluster and any existing volumes. |
| port_count | Indicates the number of host ports that are used for the host cluster mappings to any volumes. |
| partition_id | Indicates the ID of the partition associated with the host cluster. |
| partition_name | Indicates the name of the partition associated with the host cluster. |
| draft_partition_id | Indicates the ID of the draft partition associated with the host cluster. |
| draft_partition_name | Indicates the name of the draft partition associated with the host cluster. |
| uniform_connectivity | Indicates whether the host cluster has all paths connected to both locations in the replication policy. |
| location1_host_count | Indicates the number of member hosts set to location 1. This value is non-zero only for host clusters that are managed by a replication policy on their partition. |
| location2_host_count | Indicates the number of member hosts set to location 2. This value is non-zero only for host clusters that are managed by a replication policy on their partition. |
When using the partition IP address to run this command,
consider the following:
- The user must identify objects using the name or UUID. Short IDs cannot be specified when using the partition IP address.
- Views will be filtered to display only objects related to the partition associated with the IP address. An error will be displayed if the user requests a detailed view for an object that is not related to the partition.
