3201 Unable to send to the cloud callhome servers

Explanation

The system cannot connect or send information to the Call Home servers in the cloud. Until a cloud connection can be established, notifications are sent via email if the Call Home email function is configured. The system tests for a cloud connection every 15 minutes.

Ensure that port 443 is open in any firewalls to allow secure HTTP connections to the Call Home servers in the cloud.
  • DNS is required for cloud call home. Allow outbound traffic over port 443 to esupport.ibm.com.
  • If you need to configure firewall rules using specific IP addresses, use the following:
    • IPv4 address: 192.148.6.11
    • IPv6 address: 2620:1f7:c010:1:1:1:1:11
