If you are using a self signed certificate then generate a new certificate that is signed by the
system certificate authority. The system certificate authority root certificate should be exported
and added to external trust stores before generating the new certificate.

If you are using a certificate that is signed by the system certificate authority, generate a
new certificate that is signed by the system certificate authority. The automatic renewal function
can be enabled to automatically generate a new certificate.

If you are using a certificate signed by a third party certificate authority, generate a new
certificate request and get this signed by your certificate authority. The existing certificate can
continue to used until the expiry date to provide time to get the new request signed and
installed.
