Explanation
The cluster can only communicate with a server
through an IPv4 address if an IPv4 cluster management IP address is
configured.

User response
Either configure the cluster to have an IPv4 cluster
management address or specify an IPv6 address, and resubmit the task. 
Note: You
do not need to remove the IPv6 address if you configure the cluster
to have an IPv4 cluster management address.
