1. Plan to replace the adapter in the slot indicated by the error data with a new adapter of the same type.
   Note: The error data given with this error is the location of the adapter. Location 0 means the node canister or the main board [if that is a field replaceable unit (FRU)]. Location 1 is the adapter in PCIe expansion slot 1. Location 2 indicates slot 2 and so on.
2. If the error is not fixed, plan to replace the node canister or the main board (if that is a FRU).
