568 Unable to upgrade adapter firmware.

Explanation

This error is reported by a node that attempts to apply a firmware update to an adapter but the update fails. The node enters service state and the error data identifies the adapter slot number where the firmware update failed. The error might be caused by incorrect firmware or the adapter might have failed. The adapter might need to be replaced. If this error occurs while applying a system update (or concurrent code update), the update is stalled until the error is resolved.
