522 The system board service processor has failed.
Explanation
On Storwize® V7000, FlashSystem 7200, FlashSystem 9100, and IBM® FlashSystem 9200, the service processor (PSOC) in the canister failed or is not communicating.
On IBM SAN Volume Controller 2145-DH8 and 2145-SV1, the service processor on the system board failed.
On IBM SAN Volume Controller 2145-SA2 and 2145-SV2, the service processor in the node canister enclosure failed.
On IBM Spectrum Virtualize and IBM Spectrum Virtualize for Public Cloud, an issue was found with one of the adapters, such as the Fibre Channel adapter or the iSCSI adapter.

On IBM Spectrum Virtualize and IBM Spectrum Virtualize for Public Cloud, contact your hardware manufacturer.
On Storwize V7000, FlashSystem 7200, FlashSystem 9100, and IBM FlashSystem 9200, complete the following steps:
- Reseat the node canister.
- If the error persists, use the remove and replace procedures to replace the node canister.
On the 2145-DH8 and 2145-SV1, complete the following steps:
- Shut down the node.
- Remove mains power cable.
- Wait for lights to stop flashing.
- Plug in power, and then wait for the node to boot.
- If that fails, replace the system board.
