Recovering from a disaster at an auxiliary-far site

The auxiliary-far site is automatically included in the data cycling after you recover the site from a disaster. Complete the following steps to recover from a disaster at an auxiliary-far site.

  1. Enter the ls3sitercconsistgrp command to verify the state of the consistency groups. The state of the consistency group must be stopped.
  2. Complete the recover system procedure to recover the site. For more information, see Recover system procedure.
  3. On the primary site, enter the enablecli command to make the storage system accessible from the orchestrator host.
  4. After the site is recovered and access to IBM Spectrum Virtualize 3-Site Orchestrator is restored, the site is automatically included in data cycling.
