  1. View hardware information.
  2. Replace parts (canister or disk).

For IBM Storage Virtualize for Public Cloud and IBM Storage Virtualize, contact your hardware manufacturer.

For FlashSystem 7200 and FlashSystem 9200, follow troubleshooting procedures to fix the hardware:
  1. The drive of the node canister cannot be replaced individually. Follow the hardware remove and replace instructions to change the node canister.
