Explanation

On FlashSystem 7200 and IBM® Storage FlashSystem 9200, the service processor (PSOC) in the canister failed or is not communicating.

On IBM Storage Virtualize and IBM Storage Virtualize for Public Cloud, an issue was found with one of the adapters, such as the Fibre Channel adapter or the iSCSI adapter.

On IBM Storage Virtualize and IBM Storage Virtualize for Public Cloud, contact your hardware manufacturer.

On FlashSystem 7200 and IBM Storage FlashSystem 9200, complete the following steps:
  1. Reseat the node canister.
  2. If the error persists, use the remove and replace procedures to replace the node canister.
