Explanation

The current system SSL certificate has expired.

User response

  • Check that the system time and date is correct. If it is incorrect it can cause the certificate to be incorrectly marked as expired.
  • If you are using a certificate that is signed by the system certificate authority, generate a new certificate that is signed by the system certificate authority. The automatic renewal function can be enabled to automatically generate a new certificate.
  • If you are using a certificate signed by a third party certificate authority, generate a new certificate request and get this signed by your certificate authority. The existing certificate can continue to be used until the expiry date to provide time to get the new request signed and installed.
    Note: If it will take some time to get a certificate signed, you can also create a certificate signed by the system certificate authority to use while waiting for your request to be signed.
