CMMVC5001W The syslog server TLS certificate cannot be restored automatically. Manually add it back to
a truststore that has the syslog tag turned on.
Explanation
A syslog server using the TLS protocol was configured pre-disaster. We have restored
the syslog server but are unable restore the server certificate as it is stored a in a trust store
which are not restored on T4.

Upload the syslog server certificate and add it to a truststore which has the
syslog tag turned on.
