lshostports

Use the lshostports command to list the host port information for the IBM® Storage Insights.

Description

This table provides the attribute values that can be displayed as output view data.

Attribute Value
host_id Indicates the ID of the host.
host_name Indicates the name of the host.
host_uuid Indicates the universally unique identifier of the host.
port_id Indicates the ID of the port.
WWPN Indicates the worldwide port name (WWPN) of the port fibre-channel.
SAS_WWPN Indicates the WWPN of the SAS port.
iscsi_name Indicates the name of the ISCSI port.
nqn Indicates the NVMe Qualified Name.
node_logged_in_count Indicates the number of nodes logged into the fiber channel.
state Indicates the state of the host port. State can be:
  • active
  • degraded
  • inactive
  • offline
When using the partition IP address to run this command, consider the following:
  • The user must identify objects using the name or UUID. Short IDs cannot be specified when using the partition IP address.
  • Views will be filtered to display only objects related to the partition associated with the IP address. An error will be displayed if the user requests a detailed view for an object that is not related to the partition.
