User response

1. Check that the service IPs of all nodes is set.
2. Check the network setup, are all nodes reachable/ping-able from the quorum app host? (Use ping on host machine).
3. Using the GUI or CLI, generate and download a new partnership quorum application.
4. Transfer the new application to the host(s)/deploy location.
5. Stop the old application, if any, on the host(s)/deploy location.
6. Start the new application on the host(s)/deploy locations.
7. Verify the partnership is using the quorum app as the active quorum (lsquorum). The application type will be partnership.
