Explanation
This error can occur when the disk space that is needed by the Easy Tier function exceeds 20% of
the physical space on the over-provisioned managed disk. The error can also occur if the rate at
which space is being used on the managed disk is high enough to cause the managed disk to run out of
free physical space.

User responseExpand the managed disk so that free physical space is available. Alternately, use
the lsdependentvdisks -mdisk command to find volumes that have extents that are
allocated on the managed disk, and then reduce the amount of write operations that are sent to the
managed disk.
