Explanation
An invalid DNS server IP was provided, or the DNS server was unresponsive.
User response
Try the following actions:
- Check the output from the lsdnsserver command and verify that the configured IP addresses are correct.
- Try to ping the configured DNS servers by entering svctask ping -srcip4 source_ip_address dns_server
- If the ping command fails, enter sainfo traceroute -ip_or_name dns_server and save the output. Contact your service support representative.
