Explanation

When a Spectrum Virtualize node fails, the embedded VASA Provider on the new node is unaware of any events or alarms triggered on the previous configuration node. When VMware requests for new events and alarms with their last known ID, the embedded VASA Provider fails to respond as it is not aware of any IDs that had been available on the previously configured node.
