svctask restartservice
Use the svctask restartservice
command to restart a named
service. This command enables security administrator and administrator to restart a
service.
Syntax
Parameters
- -service <service_name>
- (Required) Specifies the name of the service that you want to restart. The following services
are supported:
- syslogd
- cron
- sshd
- java_tomcat
- nginx
- keymgr
- cloudd
- cfrest
- rscd
- tshistd
- ec_rngdaemon
- orchestrator
- sgcd
- reclaim_se
- -node
- Specifies the node ID or node name.
An invocation example
svctask restartservice -service java_tomcat -node node14
