rmsafeguardedpolicy

Use the rmsafeguardedpolicy command to remove the existing Safeguarded policies.

Syntax

Parameters

-removefromvolumegroups
(Optional) Removes the volume group associations to this Safeguarded policy. This option is available to Security Administrator users only.
safeguarded_policy_id | safeguarded_policy_name
(Required) The ID or name of a Safeguarded policy to remove.
Note: The predefined Safeguarded policies cannot be removed.

An invocation example in which the security administrator removes a Safeguarded policy that has volume group associations:

rmsafeguardedpolicy -removefromvolumegroups 2
