Workflow email notification
Users can be notified by email when workflow-related events occur.
An email can be sent:
- When a new task is assigned
- As a reminder for completing a task
- When a deadline expires.
Users who track workflows can be notified when:
- Workflow exceptions occur
- When a step reaches a deadline
- When a workflow reaches its deadline
- When the tracker is assigned a task
Users can specify their individual notification preferences in their client application.
