Workflow email notification

Users can be notified by email when workflow-related events occur.

An email can be sent:
  • When a new task is assigned
  • As a reminder for completing a task
  • When a deadline expires.
Users who track workflows can be notified when:
  • Workflow exceptions occur
  • When a step reaches a deadline
  • When a workflow reaches its deadline
  • When the tracker is assigned a task

Users can specify their individual notification preferences in their client application.
