Using the base data dashboard
You can view statistics specific to data currently under evaluation. Users assigned the Admin role can use this dashboard to review the volume of data in the system.
Bar Chart:

This system report contains the following sections.
Select the data source that you want to obtain statistics for. You can also choose All data sources or No data source. Note that this dashboard does not filter by date ranges.
Select a chart type to analyze the data. You can select either a bar chart (default) or a pie chart, which assists in analyzing smaller amounts of data.Investigation by Flow is displayed by default. Tabs are also available to further hone in on investigations and common business objects (for example, Investigation by Status, Account by Type, and so on).
Pie Chart

A summary section depicting the number of Flows, Assessments, Investigations, and common business objects, such as Accounts, Events, and Transactions.
A list table, which provides further, detailed information about the data sources you selected. For example, an Account business object might display various account subtypes (401K, IRA, Roth IRA, and so on), the count for each subtype, and the associated data source, if available.
To use the base data Dashboard:
As Admin, click the Admin menu in the banner and then select the dashboard. From the administrative console, you can click the
Menu to switch to other dashboards.Select a Data Source and Chart Type and click Go. The view is updated with data based on your selections.
Note: For visual clarity, the pie chart does not display total entries or data with 0 entries. Refer to the list table for this information.
Optional:
Hover your cursor over the columns in the chart to view the number of a specific subtype on the x-axis. For example, for open investigations associated with the data source you selected, there might be 4 "Explosion" subtypes associated with the Event business object.
Refer to the legend to see what the colors in the chart represent.
Click a table heading to sort data in the column. You can also click the Filter button to refine data shown in the table. Filtering shows empty fields displayed at the top of the table columns. Type characters associated with the data you want to focus on. For example, enter Ac in the Type field to display business object types with the letters ac in the name. Note that the filters are not case sensitive, and if you enter values for multiple fields, the filters are ANDed.
Click Export JSON to save the data shown in a JSON format file, or click Export CSV to save the data in CSV format.
