Creating custom reports by copying reports

In IBM® Guardium® Exposure Manager, you can create a custom report by copying an existing custom report or predefined report.

Procedure

  1. From the main menu, click Reports.
  2. On the Reports page, click the report that you want to copy to open the report.
  3. On the report page, click the Save As icon to open the Save report as dialog.
  4. In the Save report as dialog, enter the Report name and Description for the new report.

    By default, the value of the Report name field is the same as the report that you are copying followed by a number, such as (1). The Description field contains the copied report's description. You can modify both fields.

    Note: Report names must be unique.
  5. Click Save as.
    The new report opens and you can modify it as needed. For guidance, see Updating reports.
