Monitoring inventory

After you connect IBM® Guardium® Exposure Manager with cloud accounts and SaaS applications, you can monitor categorized data stores, devices, services, tools, apps, and agents.

Navigate from the main menu to the Inventory page to view inventory items in the following tabs:
  • Data stores
  • Devices
  • Services and tools
  • Apps and agents
Each of the tabs of the Inventory page has a table that lists the inventory items with details. In all the tabs of the Inventory page, you can do the following actions:
  • Click an inventory item to find more details about it
  • Click the filter icon to filter inventory items
  • Click the search icon to search inventory items
  • Click a column to sort the inventory items in that column
  • Click the export icon to export the table of inventory items in a CSV file
  • Click the refresh icon to get the most updated list and details of inventory items
  • Click the settings icon to modify the size of rows of the table
