The name of the member in a procedure library that is
used to start the server. The default name used during the host system
configuration is JMON.
HLQ=install_hlq
High-level qualifier used to install z/OS® Explorer.

file. The default is FEK.#CUST.PARMLIB(FEJJCNFG).
If this variable is set to NULLFILE, JES
Job Monitor will use default configuration values.
