Work Packages
Work packages are containers provided in the system to bundle actions together. This allows for a better organization of actions within the project.
Actions that have been linked to projects are displayed in the work package section.
The following options are available in the work packages section:
- Assign action: assign an action to an existing work package
- New work package: create a new work package
- Edit work package: edit an existing work package
- Delete work package: delete an existing work package
Work package status
The status of the work package gets automatically updated as the status of the included action changes.
The work package can have the following status:
- Started - if all the actions in the work package have the status as started.
- In progress
- Finished - if all the actions in the work package have the status as finished.
Note: Maximum
200 actions and 20 work packages can be added per project.
