Program Status
The status of a program is based on the status of the tasks that are associated with the projects within a program. You can track a program by the program status.
For example, if a task within the associated project is off-track or in jeopardy, and that task has the farthest scheduled date in the project, the project status changes to offtrack or in-jeopardy even if all the other associated tasks are on-track or complete. In this scenario, the status of the program is also affected because the project is associated with the program. The following table lists the different status values for programs:
| Program Status | Description |
|---|---|
| Unscheduled | Default status when you create a program. |
| On Track | Changes to On Track after you start the program. |
| Off Track | Changes to Off Track if any of the associated tasks are not on track. |
| In Jeopardy | Changes to In Jeopardy if a task is not accomplished during the set duration to the expected completion level. The task completion level is indicated in percentage. |
| Complete | Changes to Complete after all the associated projects are marked as complete. |
| Closed | Changes to Closed after you close the program. |
