Managing Tasks
The Tasks sub-module contains a list of tasks created in Emptoris® Program Management. You can create tasks within a project or a milestone.
A user with project manager role can view all the tasks associated to the project. However, a user with a project participant role can view only the tasks assigned to the user.
Definition
A task is an activity that can be performed by a single user.
Permissions
The following table lists the task permissions available to users with various roles:
| Role | Permissions to Access Tasks |
|---|---|
| Program Administrator | All tasks. |
| Program Manager | All tasks within projects associated to a program that is created by the Program Manager. |
| Project Manager | All tasks in a project created by the Project Manager. |
| Project Participant | The assigned projects. |
