Batch Uploads
From the Batch Uploads module, you can upload or import business objects, such as suppliers, categories, regions, organizations, groups, users, projects, milestones, tasks, and requests.
- Overview of Batch Uploading
A batch upload definition file consists of fields and defining attributes for the records. Only an administrator or data steward can view, define, and edit the batch upload definitions. After the attributes or fields are defined, you can add data and upload the batch files in the format or fields specified. - Batch Upload Definitions
An administrator can create batch upload definitions for various business objects in Emptoris Program Management. Batch upload definitions can be used for batch upload and download of business objects. - Project Batch Upload Template Format

For uploading project tasks and milestone tasks, you must use the Task Batch Processor. - Milestone Batch Upload Template Format

For uploading requests, you must use the Request Batch Processor. While you create a batch upload definition template for requests, refer to the following table. - Linking or Unlinking Contracts during Batch Upload
You can link or unlink a contract from a task or a request when you batch upload tasks or requests in Emptoris Program Management. If a contract that is to be linked does not exist in Emptoris Program Management, you must first batch upload the contract and then link it to a task or a request. - Batch Upload Contracts by using Generic Insert/Update Processor
You can batch upload contracts in Emptoris Program Management by using the Generic Insert/Update processor if the Contracts business object does not exist in Emptoris Program Management.
