Data explorer
Browse and search through your data objects to quickly find what you're looking for by using the Data explorer.
To get started, click Data explorer from the side navigation menu.
Browsing your data
The Data explorer organizes your supply chain information into tabs based on different data objects. Whichever data object tab contains the highest number of records is displayed first by default. Each tab contains a count for the number of records that are in the system for the selected data object.
After you find what you are looking for, click the corresponding ID to view more detailed information. For example, if you are searching for a product, you can drill down until you find the product ID. Then, click the product ID to view more information.
Searching your data
- Type your query slowly and accurately in the search bar. Pressing enter immediately might not yield the desired results.
- Allow a moment for the results to populate.
- Once the results appear, select the one that best matches your intent.
Envizi Supply Chain Intelligence is optimized to search through the most relevant and prevalent data objects to efficiently return relevant results.
If you want to search for a specific product ID, start typing it. The search results display tabs with each data object that references that product. You view the orders that contain that product ID, for example, by clicking the Orders tab. If you search for the string San, the type-ahead search results automatically display search results for data objects that contain that text, such as San Francisco and San Diego, in data objects, such as locations.
To search for an order ID, type the ID and use the search option to search within the relevant data object.
Filtering your data
Whether you're browsing or searching your data and end up on a data object, you can filter your data to suit your business needs. Click the filter icon. Then, you can scope your data by selecting filters from the list. You can also use the search bar to quickly find what you're looking for. The first 50 results that contain the characters in your search are displayed for each filter type. After you select a filter, click Apply filters to update the results.
