Monitoring responses
You can track the response rate to your requests on the Engagement tab in the Supplier Engagement component.
About this task
In the Supplier Engagement component, you can view outstanding requests, and you can see the number of PCF requests that are overdue.
Procedure
- From the side navigation menu, click Supplier engagement.
- On the Engagement tab, in the Supplier requests and responses table, see the number of PCF requests that are outstanding.
- Open the Past due PCF data work queue, if it contains work items.
- Click a work item to open the Resolutions page.
- Using the resolution as a guide, engage with your supplier to provide the PCF data.
