Engaging suppliers through work queues and resolutions

After you mark products as material, they are displayed in the Prioritized products table. To collect product-level emissions data, send a request to suppliers through the Engagement tab or through the Prioritized products table on the supplier details page. You can also use the Suppliers prioritized for PCF data collection work queue.

1. From the side navigation menu, click Supplier engagement.
2. Click the Engagement tab.
3. In the Engage with suppliers to collect product carbon footprint (PCF) data section, click the Engage with suppliers link.
   The Prioritized suppliers pending engagement for PCF data page appears. This work queue contains a list of suppliers that were marked as material but are not engaged yet.

   Note: This list of suppliers corresponds with the number of suppliers that are pending engagement on the Supplier Engagement dashboard.
4. To select a supplier, click the organization ID.
   The supplier resolutions page is displayed. You can see the options for engaging this supplier to request information.
5. To collect product-level emissions data, request data by using the supplier portal. For more information, see Requesting PCF data through supplier portal.

   If your supplier has a large amount of data, you can format it according to the provided templates and then manually upload it using the job manager. For more information, see Adding supplier data in bulk.
