Adding content switcher to pages

A content switcher allows you to switch between different content sections. You can use the content switcher on a page to allow users to navigate between different pages or views without reloading the entire page.

Procedure

  1. From the side navigation menu, click Builder > Page builder.
  2. In the Page library, click the name of an existing page or create a page if not created already. To create a page, see Creating pages.
  3. Select the Cards dropdown and then click Common elements.
  4. Hover over the Content switcher and click the plus icon (+).
By default, two sections are added. You can add two more sections to the content switcher.
  5. In the Sections, click the three dot menu and then click Configure.
  6. Assign a label and a page to each section. To select a page, you can either add the page ID in the field or click Select from library to select it from the library.
Note: Some pages are flagged with This page requires context. warning. That means these pages require context variables to render content correctly on the page and these variables are missing in the page context. To add page context variables, see Configuring page context variables.
  7. Select a page from the list and click Done.
  8. Click Done and Save.
