Tracking action plan progress

Monitor and update the status of action items to ensure timely completion and alignment with project goals.

Procedure

  1. From the side navigation menu, select Action plans.
  2. On the Active action plans tab, select an action plan.
  3. On the Action plan details page, review the KPIs and charts to understand the current progress of the action plan.
  4. Check the status for each action.

    If the not started status is shown for any items, start actions for the selected products. For more information, see Starting actions.

    If the requiring approval status is shown for any items, review the responses and take the necessary steps. For more information, see Reviewing action responses.

  5. Optional: To close the action plan, select Action plan settings > Close action plan after all actions are completed.

Results

The action plan reflects the most current progress, which helps teams stay aligned and informed.
