Supplier portal experience
In the supplier portal, suppliers can easily respond to requests for ESG data from their supply chain partners. Suppliers can respond to requests that relate to various aspects of sustainability, such as product carbon footprint, science-based target initiative, and organization level emissions.
- Portal home page
- Cards show all the requested surveys for each category of data that you are requesting from your
supplier, and the number of requested and past due requests. To upload data, a supplier clicks into
each of the cards. The following surveys are available:
- Product carbon footprint
- Supplier emissions
- Emissions targets
- ESG survey
- Navigation menu
- Indicated by the grid icon and contains options to add users and view tours. Click Home to return to the home page.
- FAQ page
- Contains resources and answers to common questions to help suppliers navigate the portal and upload their data in survey responses. Envizi™ Supply Chain Intelligence users can customize the FAQ page during implementation to add their own messages and supplier training.
- Training tours
- Guided tours show suppliers how to find their way around the portal, add users from their organization to the portal, and submit data through forms.
