Running summary reports in Envizi ESG Suite

When you export the scope 3 category 1 data to IBM® Envizi™ ESG Suite, the summarized emission data is included and aggregated on dashboards and reports in Envizi ESG Suite.

About this task

Several reports and dashboards are available in Envizi ESG Suite that provide aggregated views of emission levels across your organization. These reports and dashboards incorporate emissions performance for scopes 1, 2, and 3.
Emissions Performance dashboard
The Emissions Performance dashboard displays greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions broken down by scope, direct emissions, and indirect emissions.

Performance by Scope dashboard
The Performance by Scope dashboard shows emissions and GHG reductions broken down by scope. This dashboard also provides a monthly breakdown of emissions and lists the top 10 data types by quantity of emissions.

Scope 3 Emissions Analysis report
The Scope 3 Emissions Analysis report provides a view of your emissions across scope 3 categories. Review emissions across all 15 categories from the Emissions dashboard in the report.

Sustainability - Executive Report
The Sustainability - Executive Report is a PowerReport that provides an overview of key sustainability metrics for your organization, including energy, emissions, waste, and water.

Sustainability - Portfolio Performance report
The Sustainability - Portfolio Performance report is a PowerReport that provides information on key sustainability indicators across your property portfolio.

Procedure

  1. Log in to Envizi ESG Suite.
  2. Run a report.
    1. In the Global search field, select Reports and enter the report name.
    2. To run the report, click the report name in the Reports grid.
  3. Open a dashboard. From the main menu, click Monitor and click the dashboard name to open the dashboard.
