Managing jobs

Job management is a feature of Envizi Supply Chain Intelligence that organization administrators can use to import data into the Envizi Supply Chain Intelligence, export data to a local device, and debug their organization's data jobs.

Note: You must be assigned an organization administrator role in User management to access Job management.
On the home page of Job management, you can view a complete list of your organization's data jobs. To quickly find what you're looking for, filter the list of jobs based on their status or search for a specific job by using its ID or name.

If you do not have access to object storage, which you can use to automatically import data into the Envizi Supply Chain Intelligence based on an import rule, you can manually import, export, and delete data from the Envizi Supply Chain Intelligence by clicking New job. Job management supports both CSV and JSON files.

Click a job ID to view more information about it. On the job details page, you can view and download the file that is associated with the data job, and learn more about its location, type, size, and source. You can also view details about each row of the job, its overall status, and any errors that occurred.

In the Debugging section, you can access job event, object, and error information in GraphiQL. When you open events and objects in GraphiQL, the system automatically runs queries to display the data that corresponds with the job so you can easily troubleshoot any issues. After fixing errors, you can retry a failed import directly from the job details page.
