You can create one time manual export job to export data in either CSV or JSON format.
An Envizi™ Supply Chain Intelligence administrator can create export rules to export data at predefined
intervals.
About this task
When you define an export job, you can define the criteria of the job during the process
or select an existing criteria definition. Also, you can use an existing work queue that has the
criteria defined.
After you submit an export file job, you might see one of the following
statuses for your export job on the Job management page:
- Queued
- Waiting for the export service to start or deploy.
- Initializing
- Waiting for the export service to start or deploy.
- Initialization_Failed
- Failed to create the export service.
- InProgress
- Export is in progress.
- Completed
- Export completed, the file is available in the specified location.
- Interrupted
- Errors occurred during the data export.
Procedure

From the side navigation menu, expand Management and click
Job management.
- Click New Job.
You might see the following
error:

- Select the job type as Export data and click
Next.
- Optional: If you want to use a work queue to define the data to be exported
from the suite, click Use a work queue.
- Select a work queue available from the work queue list.
- Click Apply.
Selecting work queue automatically
imports the criteria for the current export job from the selected work queue.
- Select Create new to build criteria for the current export
job.
- Select primary data object and database view from the available list.
- In the criteria editor, select a column, condition, and enter value.
- To populate new criteria row, click Add
criteria.
- To populate new group and criteria row, click Add
group.
- Click Result settings and select data attributes from the
available data attribute list and click Next.
- On the Destination page, add File location
and File name.
- Select the format of the export file.
For example, JSON or
CSV
- Click Next.
- On the Review page, review the selections that you made in the
preceding steps and query result.
- Click Export.
The following message appears:
New export job created Job {Job
ID} has been successfully created.
- See the status of your export job on the Job
Management page.
Note: Depending on the size of the file, the export process might take some time to complete.
If the status of your export job is Completed, then your data export job is
successful.
If the status of your import job shows Interrupted,
follow these steps:
- Click the Job ID and check the errors under the Job
details section.
- Click Retry the export and check the status after a brief period.
- If the errors persist, then correct the highlighted errors follow the steps 1 to 12 again.
- On the Job Management page, click the export Job
ID.
- In the File Summary section, click Download
File.
