Sample files are provided to help to add your data when you first onboard with Envizi Supply Chain Intelligence.

Download the sample CSV files that are outlined in Table 1 and use them as a basis for creating your own CSV files. For the complete data dictionary for Envizi Supply Chain Intelligence, see data dictionary.

Sample file Object Description
1-1-Master-data-catalog.csv Catalog Define the product hierarchy in a catalog. The initial spend-based factor mapping is also defined in Catalog.
1-2-Master-data-product.csv Product Defines all purchased goods and services. References the Catalog for product hierarchy levels.
1-3-Master-data-location.csv Location Defines all ship-from and ship-to locations of purchased goods and services.
1-4-Master-data-organization.csv Organization Defines all suppliers and has at least one entry for your company as the purchaser of goods.
1-5-Master-data-contact.csv Contact Define the primary contact at the supplier organization.
2-1-Orders.csv Order Header records for a collection of Order Lines. Contains buyer, supplier, and date-related information,
2-1-OrderLines.csv Orderline Specifies individual quantities of purchased products which tie to an order. Emissions calculations are performed at the order line level.
