Configuring reporting for Envizi ESG Suite

As an administrator, you can configure IBM® Envizi™ Supply Chain Intelligence to send aggregated, location-based spend and supplier data to an instance of IBM Envizi ESG Suite.

Before you begin

The following steps are completed by default during provisioning:

  • The Envizi ESG Suite environment is provisioned with the Envizi Supply Chain Intelligence product, which enables account styles and the Envizi Supply Chain Intelligence quick link button.
  • The Envizi Supply Chain Intelligence environment is provisioned with a location-based summary tab, a fully-configured export button, and parameters for Organization ID and Organization Name.
  • As an administrator, you are assigned administrator access to Envizi ESG Suite and Envizi Supply Chain Intelligence.

The following procedure assumes that location identifiers match in Envizi Supply Chain Intelligence and in Envizi ESG Suite.

Procedure

  1. In Envizi ESG Suite, create an S3 data service:
    1. Complete the steps to create a pipeline and a data service.
    2. Complete the steps to capture the S3 data service details capture the S3 data service details.
      Note the bucket region and name, the folder name, the access key, and the secret access key.
  2. In Envizi Supply Chain Intelligence, define the S3 data service integration.
    1. Click Data management.
    2. In the Cloud storage tile, click Add new bucket:
      • For Name, enter Envizi bucket.
      • For Type, select Amazon Cloud Object Storage (AWS-S3).
    3. Click Configure:
      • For Bucket region, enter the bucket region value that you noted in step 1.b.
      • For Bucket name, enter the bucket name value that you noted in step 1.b.
      • For Bucket location endpoint, select https://s3.amazonaws.com.
      • For Bucket access key Id, enter the access key value that you noted in step 1.b.
      • For Default file location, enter the value that you noted in step 1.b.
      • For API key name , enter SCI S3 key.
    4. Click Click here to upload or update an API key:
      • For API key name , enter SCI S3 key.
      • For API key, enter the secret access key value that you noted in step 1.b.
    5. Click Save.
