Configuring closed dates

You can set the closed date for a new location or update the closed date for an existing location.

To update an existing location, one of these conditions must apply:
  • LOCATION REFERENCE in the source file matches the Location Reference field of the existing location in IBM® Essentials or
  • LOCATION in the source file matches the Location field of an existing location in Envizi Essentials.

When you configure the closed date, if the date is not in the required format, an error is inserted in the row and the closed date is not set.

To configure the closed date, set the value for the column in Table 1 in the source file.

The supported date format is YYYY-MM-DD.

Example: 2023-12-30
