PowerReports visualization header icons
Use the PowerReports visualization header icons to perform useful functions.
Header icons
By default, the header icons are displayed in all visualizations in your PowerReports. The icons are always visible in edit mode. To turn off the icons in view mode, click .
The following list explains the icons in order:
- Filters

Click to review all filters that are applied to the visualization. Any temporary filters or highlights that are applied by selections that are made in other active charts are also indicated and labeled as

Click to expand the visualization to fill the window. Click Back to report to return to the PowerReport.
- More options

Displays more menu options:
- Export data

- Data with current layout

Downloads a file of the current table or matrix in the format that is viewed on the screen. Available only in xlsx format.
- Summarized data

Exports all the data that is stored in the visualization, even if the data is not currently visible because it is in a lower-level hierarchy. Available in xlsx or CSV format.
- Underlying data

Option is not available. If you require large extracts of data from the platform, run one of the standard export reports such as the Monthly Data Summary report.
- Show as table

Opens a tabular version of the chart that you are viewing. If used on a table or matrix, opens the current view in full screen.
- New calculation

Not available for use in PowerReport.
- Remove

Removes the visualization from the report.
- Spotlight

Highlights the selected visualization and dims the PowerReport display outside it.
- Get insights

Not available for use in PowerReport.
- Sort Ascending/Descending, Sort Axis, and Sort By

- Enables you to sort any chart by a specific value.
- Value can be any of the categorical values that are applied to any axis or legend.
- Also sort by values in the tooltip field if you need to sort by a value that is not displayed in the chart.
