Troubleshooting data receipt reports

A data receipt report is generated when data completes uploading.

An email is sent automatically to users who are assigned the Data Manager work role. The report specifies whether the data was partially uploaded or fully uploaded.

If emails with the data receipt report are not sent to recipients, check that:
  • The correct email address is added for recipients in Contacts & Logins.
  • A login is created for recipients with the correct level of access.
  • Users are assigned the Data Manager work role.

To generate a data receipt report, the upload file must originate from an approved email list. If a file fails to upload and has generated no new rows, no data receipt report is sent.
