Data is not rolling up to a higher-level dashboard
You might notice that while data is appearing in your account level performance dashboard, it is not rolling up to higher-level dashboards. Your organization might have apportioned a reporting percentage to data at different levels of the hierarchy.
Problem
Account data might not fully roll up to a location dashboard. Location data might not fully roll up to group dashboards. Group data might not roll up fully from a group to another group dashboard in its group hierarchy.
If data is not displayed correctly in an account level performance dashboard, see also Data is not displayed in dashboard.
Cause
Data might not be set to roll up by your organization if the report percentage is set to a value that is less than 100% at the account, location, or group level.
Solution
Follow the steps to identify whether reporting percentages are applied, and confirm with your organization that the percentages and effective dates are configured as expected.
- Check whether any user-defined consolidation tag types are applied to an account and check the
effective dates of the tags:
- Click Manage > Accounts to open the Accounts grid.
- Find the account and click .
- If a user-defined CO2e and Base Measure consolidation tag is applied,
check the Report % value and effective dates that are defined. Note: If no user-defined consolidation tag is defined, a tag with 100% report percentage is assumed by default. For more information about applying consolidation tags, see Applying a consolidation tag.
- Check the group membership percentage for a location:
- Click to open the Locations grid.
- Find the location and click .
- Check the Report Percent value and any effective dates that are defined for each membership.
- Check the group membership percentage for a group:
- Click to open the Groups grid.
- Find the group hierarchy in the Name column.
- Check the Report Percent value.
Note: Effective dates are not applied to group memberships.
