Use the troubleshooting information to understand why data might get out of sync or why files might fail to upload.

Troubleshooting uploaded files
As a system administrator, in IBM® Envizi ESG Suite you can do some basic checks to determine whether a file has failed to upload and why.
Troubleshooting data receipt reports
A data receipt report is generated when data completes uploading.
Troubleshooting multi-language support for Grids
If you open a CSV file directly in Microsoft Excel, some non-English characters might not be displayed correctly. Save the file by using ANSI encoding first.
Data is not displayed in dashboard
If account data is not displayed correctly in the account performance dashboard, review the monthly data for a possible issue.
Data is not rolling up to a higher-level dashboard
You might notice that while data is appearing in your account level performance dashboard, it is not rolling up to higher-level dashboards. Your organization might have apportioned a reporting percentage to data at different levels of the hierarchy.
Refreshing data
In IBM Envizi ESG Suite, factors are applied to account records and the results are transformed into normalized monthly values.
